What you'll do

• Lead, train, and support the business office team
• set priorities, responsibilities, and performance expectations
• monitor follow-up, deadlines, and outstanding issues
• coach staff on collections, documentation, family communication, and problem-solving
• take ownership of escalated accounts
• keep the Administrator and corporate team informed of financial risks, barriers, and recommended next steps.
