What you'll do

• Provision, install, configure, document, operate, and maintain computer hardware, software, and infrastructure
• install or rebuild servers

• provide Tier III support and troubleshoot hardware or software failures
• apply operating system patches and upgrades
• maintain procedures and performance reports
