Experiential Designer

Job overview

The Experiential Designer role is onsite in Atlanta, GA, with work in office and project-site environments. Annual base compensation is $65,000 to $85,000. The designer joins Eppstein Uhen Architects’ multidisciplinary design team. This role develops and guides experiential design projects from discovery and concept through documentation, fabrication, installation, and post-occupancy evaluation. It helps translate client goals, organizational culture, brand identity, and user needs into coordinated physical, digital, and interactive experiences.

What you'll do

• Lead experiential design strategies and projects from discovery through implementation
• develop narratives, exhibits, branded environments, placemaking, wayfinding, digital experiences, graphics, and installations
• coordinate design with architects, interior designers, strategists, engineers, project managers, fabricators, vendors, and consultants
• present concepts to clients and stakeholders
• maintain quality and consistency across deliverables
• contribute to practice growth and mentor colleagues.
