• Triage, assess, and provide emergency care to patients of all ages
• develop and implement individualized care plans
• prioritize multiple patients by acuity and changing needs
• administer ordered medications and treatments
• coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• provide discharge instructions and follow-up guidance
• document nursing care accurately and promptly
• and support patient safety and quality standards.

Why this role

Day, night, and mid shifts are available, with rotating weekends. Requires recent acute-care emergency room RN experience or qualifying critical-care experience, an active Florida RN license or eligibility, an associate degree or nursing diploma, and BLS; ACLS, PALS, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification are required within 90 days.
