What you'll do

• Monitor and control facility access
• verify visitors and contractors
• conduct security checks of grounds and internal areas
• assist clinical staff with de-escalation in accordance with facility protocols
• maintain a visible presence
• respond to calls for assistance
• document incidents and unusual behavior
• monitor surveillance systems and alarms
• ensure exits and secured areas remain properly locked
• follow HIPAA, confidentiality, and respectful-care policies.
