What you'll do

• Order and expedite stock and non-stock supplies
• process purchase orders
• generate order quantities to maintain appropriate inventory levels
• work with vendors, internal departments, and Accounting to resolve pricing and invoice discrepancies
• monitor backorders
• coordinate product returns
• ensure purchases are charged to appropriate general ledger accounts
• maintain vendor, pricing, and inventory information in the Materials Management system.
