What you'll do

• Develop referral growth in the assigned territory
• build relationships with facilities, physicians, care-at-home providers, and community agencies
• create and evaluate territory plans
• make sales calls and presentations to referral sources
• communicate information about services and programs
• meet with patients and families as needed to discuss services and concerns
• maintain customer and competitor profiles and daily call records
• document follow-up plans
• serve as liaison with physicians, facility nurses, social workers, and discharge planners
• facilitate appropriate services for potential patients.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, and at least two years of hospice sales or related industry experience with a record of direct sales growth. The posting requires proficiency with Microsoft programs and strong oral communication skills; CRM experience is preferred.
