What you'll do

• Draft pleadings, motions, disclosures, discovery materials, notices, pretrial documents, and correspondence
• calendar deadlines
• coordinate depositions, hearings, and meetings
• liaise with expert witnesses
• conduct research
• communicate with clients and case participants
• manage case documents and data
• assist attorneys with depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
