What you'll do

• Provide daily living assistance

• document behavioral data and progress
• use approved positive behavior support and de-escalation techniques
• respond to crises and medical emergencies
• coordinate with case managers, behavioral specialists, and nursing staff
• support household tasks and transportation
• maintain required records and confidentiality.
