What you'll do

• Support intranet and internal newsletter content through research, drafting, editing, and basic design
• partner with HR, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to identify stories
• research and recommend workflow improvements
• use AI-powered tools to support content creation and communications processes
• analyze engagement metrics and recommend improvements
• assist with employee recognition communications
• support broader Communications projects, including PR and investor relations, as needed.
