Senior Model-Based Systems Engineer

The Senior Model-Based Systems Engineer role is onsite four to five days per week in Lincoln, MA, with flexible start and end times. Compensation is not specified. The role supports Wingbrace’s Digital Engineering Team, which develops technology solutions for challenging government software and systems engineering problems. The engineer develops and maintains model-based systems engineering artifacts and uses modeling, simulation, and analytics to help translate customer needs into complex systems solutions. The work supports product development across architecture, design, integration, testing, acceptance, and field support.

What you'll do

• Model complex system architectures using UML, SysML, or UPDM
• program system parametrics and simulate performance
• develop, configure, and maintain MBSE artifacts and interfaces
• translate customer needs into model-based approaches
• plan, design, develop, test, and integrate systems
• support requirements, interface, and architecture change management
• develop data analytics pipelines and visualizations
• support stakeholder communications, technical assessments, proposals, and knowledge transfer.
