Store Supervisor

Job overview

Compensation is $2 per hour. The Store Supervisor position is an onsite role located in Bridgeport, WV. , though an additional $1.50/hr is provided for shifts between 10pm and 6am, and the role supports the store operations team at Sheetz, Inc. This role exists to provide leadership and mentorship to store team members while ensuring high-quality customer service and efficient store operations. The supervisor is responsible for maintaining product availability, cleanliness, and safety standards while fostering a positive team environment.

What you'll do

• Welcome customers with top-tier service, prepare quality food and beverages to specification, mentor and coach team members, manage product ordering and merchandising, and maintain store cleanliness.
