What you'll do

• Manage overall dietary department functions
• assist the Dietitian with planning and directing the department
• assist with food ordering, storage, and preparation as designated by the food service director
• make and record menu changes under the director’s guidance
• ensure safe food handling, food quality, nutritionally equivalent substitutions when needed, and use of standardized recipes.

Why this role
