The Diet Aide (PM & AM Shift) role is onsite in Newburyport, MA, at Port Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour. The role supports the center’s residents by helping provide nutrition and dining services suited to individual dietary needs. The aide prepares, portions, and serves food and beverages, prepares and delivers nourishments, and sets up trays and place settings according to menus, diet cards, and prescribed therapeutic diets. This work helps ensure residents receive meals that reflect their dietary requirements, preferences, and food consistencies.

What you'll do

• Prepare, portion, and serve food, beverages, and desserts according to menus and prescribed therapeutic diets
• assist with preparation and production of vending par levels
• prepare and deliver nourishments at appropriate times
• set up trays and place settings according to therapeutic diets
• assist with meal setup while considering diet cards, food preferences, and consistencies.
