Compensation is $15–$16 per hour. The Childcare Administrative & Classroom Support Assistant role is onsite in San Antonio, TX, with pay based on experience and qualifications; numeric Just Kids Christian Academy is a family-owned Christian preschool serving San Antonio families. The role combines front-office administration with occasional classroom support. It helps the academy manage family communications, enrollment and attendance records, billing support, and classroom coverage while maintaining a safe, nurturing environment for children.

What you'll do

• Greet families and visitors
• answer phones and emails and manage parent communications
• schedule tours and follow up with prospective families
• assist with enrollment paperwork, student records, tuition billing, payment collection, and attendance records
• support the Director with office operations and compliance documentation
• provide classroom assistance when needed, including supervision and age-appropriate activities
• follow classroom routines, licensing requirements, and center policies.
