What you'll do

• Follow daily prep lists
• wash, chop, and sort ingredients
• set up and stock kitchen stations
• label, date, and organize ingredients
• measure ingredients to specification
• maintain clean and sanitized kitchen areas and utensils
• prepare and plate food according to recipes
• coordinate with expo and other staff to complete orders
• clean and store equipment at shift end
• follow food-safety standards and regulations.
