The Direct Support Professional (DSP) — Second Shift, Monday–Friday, 3:00–11:00 p.m. role is onsite in Indianapolis, IN. Pay is $15–$18 per hour. The DSP provides person-centered assistance with daily living and community participation, following each individual’s support plan. The role also supports health and safety, documentation, communication with the care team, and approved behavioral support strategies.

What you'll do

• Provide support according to each individual’s Individualized Support Plan
• assist with daily living activities, meals, cleaning, and laundry
• encourage choice, independence, and community participation
• transport individuals to appointments and activities
• administer medications only after required training and authorization
• monitor and report health and safety concerns
• follow approved behavioral support plans
• document services and progress
• communicate with supervisors, authorized family members, and care team members
• maintain confidentiality and a safe environment.
