What you'll do

• Provide customer service while following site procedures and access-control policies
• monitor access points and verify credentials and visitor authorizations
• maintain entry records and direct authorized personnel and vehicles
• respond to incidents and alarms using reporting and escalation procedures
• conduct regular and random patrols of access points, business areas, and perimeter locations.
