What you'll do

• Assess resident conditions and develop care plans
• conduct rounds and evaluate symptoms, progress, and treatment responses
• provide nursing and rehabilitative care
• perform treatments including wound care, IV therapy, and tube feedings
• administer medications
• coordinate appointments and emergency care
• supervise and assist CNAs
• document care and reports
• participate in quality improvement and regulatory survey activities
• report complaints, incidents, and suspected abuse or neglect.
