What you'll do

• Participate in strategic planning and provide financial insight
• own accounting close, reporting, and forecasting
• lead process improvement and finance technology adoption
• manage budgeting and performance recommendations
• develop and analyze scorecard measures
• oversee expense reporting and cash flow
• evaluate capital needs
• establish internal controls and regulatory compliance
• oversee tax planning and filing
• manage insurance coverage
• lead, train, and mentor the accounting and finance team.
