What you'll do

• Lead, coach, recruit, onboard, and train retail sales employees
• monitor sales, customer satisfaction, and productivity measures

• build customer and community relationships
• maintain team knowledge of Comcast Xfinity products and services
• manage scheduling, staffing, inventory accuracy, merchandising, and policy compliance
• review sales reports and business metrics.
