Representations and Warranties Insurance (RWI) Staff Attorney

The Representations and Warranties Insurance (RWI) Staff Attorney role is hybrid in Miami, FL or New York, NY, with at least three business days per week in the office. What you'll do

• Review private M&A transaction documents and legal due diligence reports
• identify transaction risks and potential legal exposures
• coordinate with subject matter experts
• advise underwriters on policy coverage and risk allocation
• counsel transaction parties on RWI procurement and use
• maintain relationships with underwriters, brokers, and deal professionals
• and support multiple transactions simultaneously.
