Life Enrichment and Activities Director, Senior Living

The Life Enrichment and Activities Director role is onsite in Eden Prairie, MN, with pay of $22–$25 per hour. The role supports Suite Living Senior Care’s memory care and assisted living community. The director plans and provides activities and socialization programming that helps residents use their physical and mental potential. The position coordinates programming across departments, supports resident independence and social connection, and oversees activities delivered by personnel.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain an activities program reflecting residents’ interests
• lead activity groups, including exercise classes
• coordinate programming with departments
• supervise activities programming provided by personnel
• update program policies and procedures
• meet applicable regulatory requirements
• order and maintain supplies
• report observed resident changes to the RN
• respond appropriately to safety hazards, fire drills, and emergencies
• communicate with residents and families
• assist with resident transportation to local or medical appointments if assigned.
