Process Engineer

What you'll do

• Lead and coach Technical Process Operators
• train operators and assess skills
• provide day-to-day manufacturing leadership
• own cell KPIs including safety, cost of quality, OEE, scrap loss, and cost savings
• conduct gap analysis and loss-elimination actions
• lead daily review discussions
• support changeovers, startups, and shutdowns
• use Operational Excellence tools
• support preventive maintenance and equipment reliability
• participate in quality investigations and countermeasures.
