What you'll do

• Provide quotations, maintain orders, and expedite orders
• process change orders and schedule advances
• coordinate delivery expedites with Planning and Production
• monitor order delivery status
• coordinate source inspections
• verify terms and conditions
• process phone quotations and imported-product purchase orders
• receive customer purchase orders and communicate delivery dates
• respond to information requests
• monitor quote and order progress
• back up other customer service representatives.
