What you'll do

• Complete service requests
• install and repair appliances and HVAC items
• diagnose and repair residential HVAC and appliance electrical issues
• repair refrigeration and plumbing systems
• complete work orders in ServUS Connect
• perform basic carpentry
• conduct preventive maintenance inspections
• replace locks, switches, outlets, and light fixtures
• maintain curb appeal
• participate in on-call duties
• follow environmental, OSHA, and company requirements.
