The Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA) – Morning Shift role is onsite in Dania Beach, FL. Pay is $17 per hour. The role is part of a skilled nursing facility team focused on supporting residents’ care, dignity, comfort, and independence. The aide provides restorative and rehabilitation services according to individual care plans, encouraging residents’ participation and supporting their functional abilities. Coordination with nursing and rehabilitation staff helps ensure care is documented and aligned with residents’ needs.

What you'll do

• Provide restorative and rehabilitation care, including ambulation and range-of-motion activities, as indicated in care plans
• encourage participation in activities of daily living
• document resident participation and response
• recommend changes to restorative care
• coordinate with nursing and rehabilitation staff
• assist with transfers and positioning
• coordinate the splinting program
• answer call lights
• obtain weights as indicated
• provide weight-bearing therapy according to care plans.

Why this role

Current RNA certification and BLS/CPR certification required. High school graduation or equivalent and prior personal-care experience are preferred. Weekend availability is required.
