Leasing Consultant

What you'll do

• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and online
• schedule and conduct property tours
• follow up with prospects and work toward leasing goals
• prepare lease agreements and move-in documents
• support move-ins and inspections
• address resident questions
• assist with resident events
• report traffic and conversion metrics
• monitor competitor pricing and availability
• maintain leasing office and model presentation.
