What you'll do

• Review and reconcile medication charges in outpatient hospital encounters
• validate NDC-to-HCPCS mapping, billable units, and modifiers under CMS and payer guidelines
• support compliance with 340B, GPO, and WAC pricing policies
• participate in audits
• correct charge-capture errors before billing
• monitor UB-04 claim accuracy and code alignment
• collaborate on CDM and medication record entries
• support resolution of outpatient drug-charge claim denials.
