What you'll do

• Manage assigned commercial lines accounts as the primary client service contact
• handle renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and coverage changes
• review policies for coverage gaps and assist with insurance solutions
• coordinate with carriers on submissions, quotes, renewals, and servicing
• prepare proposals, applications, and renewal documents
• respond to client inquiries
• maintain accurate agency system records
• build relationships with clients, producers, and carrier representatives.
