Field Service Technician, ATM

Job overview

The Field Service Technician, ATM role is onsite in Dayton, OH, with service work in an assigned geographic territory. Pay is $24 per hour. Nautilus Hyosung America develops and delivers ATM self-service technologies. The technician installs, repairs, maintains, and tests ATMs, while supporting customers and meeting service-level commitments. The role also manages parts and service records and may train bank staff, vendors, or new technicians.

What you'll do

• Install, repair, load software on, and maintain ATMs or other products
• perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, testing, and cleaning
• train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks
• manage spare parts and inventory processes
• complete reports
• meet customer service-level agreements
• and coordinate with support departments. Some travel and on-call duty are required.
