What you'll do

• Collect and review certified payrolls, fringe benefit statements, and supporting documents for completeness and timeliness.
• Compare reported wage rates and classifications with management rate sheets and flag differences.
• Track apprentice certificates, program records, hours, and ratios.
• Administer LCPtracker and Dili, including project setup, user access, data entry, and payroll reconciliation.
• Coordinate onboarding documentation, follow up on deficiencies, escalate potential compliance issues, prepare customer submissions and management reporting, and organize records for audits and reviews.
• Partner with Payroll, Operations, Human Resources, and project teams.
