Investment Analyst

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain financial models for development and acquisition projects
• conduct DCF, scenario, and property- and portfolio-level analyses
• analyze real estate investment metrics
• support financing and refinancing analysis
• conduct commercial lease analysis
• model joint venture equity structures and distribution waterfalls
• research markets and prepare monthly updates
• maintain sale comparable data
• assist with sourcing, evaluation, due diligence, investment committee materials, capitalization, and closings
• collaborate with investments, asset management, development, acquisitions, and external partners.
