What you'll do

• Lead and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team
• set departmental goals, project plans, resource allocation, and performance metrics
• support manufacturing operations and resolve technical issues
• oversee processes, work instructions, test procedures, tooling, fixtures, automation, and production software
• coordinate capacity planning and workflow optimization
• ensure quality, safety, regulatory, and customer requirements
• lead root-cause and corrective/preventive action efforts
• manage projects, engineering changes, capital investments, budgets, and manufacturing KPIs.
