• Own strategic relationships for enterprise Food Service accounts
• partner with Customer Success Managers
• advise customer executives
• lead Executive Business Reviews and QBRs
• identify cross-sell, upsell, and global expansion opportunities
• maintain account plans and monitor account health, adoption, and pipeline
• collaborate across teams
• represent FreedomPay in customer meetings and industry events
• travel approximately 30–40%.
