What you'll do

• Own home sales from first contact through closing
• generate and manage leads, appointments, applications, lender processes, and closings
• maintain daily HubSpot activity
• conduct showings and move prospects toward applications
• follow up with lenders to resolve conditions
• prioritize aged inventory and communities with sales needs
• host open houses, especially weekends
• market and reposition homes
• travel to assigned communities, up to 75% or more as described
• support multiple markets based on inventory needs.
