Working with executive and division leaders and leading a small HR team, the director advises on workforce matters and oversees core people processes from onboarding through performance reviews and leave management.

What you'll do

• Maintain employee policies, agreements, documentation, and the handbook
• advise on employment law and HR compliance
• support leadership meetings and the annual kickoff
• create an optional Individual Development Plan program
• guide the HR team and processes including onboarding, performance reviews, and leave management
• advise leaders on workforce planning and organizational questions.
