The Baker, Full-Time, Early Morning role is onsite at UMASS Dartmouth in North Dartmouth, MA. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.; weekends may be included. Pay is $19 to $20 per hour. The position prepares baked goods for the campus food-service operation.

What you'll do

• Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and other pastries according to production and catering sheets
• assist with production planning
• follow recipes and food-safety standards
• complete production records and report low supplies
• maintain food quality, presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures
• clean equipment and work areas
• and respond to customer concerns.
