What you'll do

• Handle routine to moderately complex member inquiries
• process account transactions
• review, qualify, open, and close deposit accounts and ATM/debit cards
• complete money transfers and assist with check withdrawals
• make fee-refund decisions within defined parameters
• resolve concerns while ensuring regulatory compliance
• meet individual performance and member satisfaction targets.
