What you'll do

• Coordinate daily operations across production lines to meet safety, efficiency, and output targets
• manage movement of automotive inventory and materials through production stages
• lead, train, and mentor technicians, operators, and specialists
• enforce quality standards
• identify bottlenecks and improve material staging and workflow
• participate in process improvements and root-cause problem solving
• work variable schedules, including overtime and weekends as needed.
