What you'll do

• Travel between Peachtree Orthopedics locations and provide clinical coverage as needed
• escort patients and prepare examination rooms
• interview patients and document information in Athena
• record vital signs, height, weight, and BMI
• support physician orders, lab and imaging requests, and follow-up
• collect specimens and perform routine lab tests when applicable
• schedule diagnostic studies, surgery, and related appointments
• assist with injections, dressing changes, suture or staple removal, casts, splints, braces, and durable medical equipment
• coordinate referrals, records, imaging, and patient communications
• maintain supplies and follow OSHA bloodborne-pathogen standards.
