What you'll do

• Support purchasing of MRO parts, materials, equipment, supplies, and services
• create, process, track, and maintain purchase orders
• obtain vendor quotes and compare pricing
• communicate with suppliers about availability, order status, lead times, backorders, and delivery
• follow up on open orders
• coordinate with Maintenance, Operations, Warehouse, Accounting, and Procurement
• help resolve invoice, receiving, quantity, and pricing discrepancies
• maintain records and purchasing trackers
• assist with inventory-related purchasing and vendor setup.
