The Senior Portfolio Manager, HOA & Condominium Associations (LCAM) position is onsite in Punta Gorda, FL, with travel to assigned communities and other business locations as needed. Compensation is not specified. The role is part of Gateway Management’s Community Association Management department and oversees associations throughout Florida. The manager advises boards and oversees community operations, governance, financial performance, vendor services, and compliance. The role also mentors Community Association Managers and portfolio team members, helping resolve complex matters and improve portfolio performance.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations of assigned HOA and condominium associations
• serve as liaison to boards, residents, vendors, and stakeholders
• prepare meeting materials and budgets
• review financial statements and expenditures
• coordinate audits, reserve studies, vendors, maintenance, capital projects, and compliance
• mentor community association managers.

Why this role
