What you'll do

• Prepare estimates for planning, organizing, and scheduling work
• use Sage Estimating to develop construction cost estimates
• maintain estimating assemblies, cost libraries, pricing, production rates, and standards
• analyze drawings and project documents
• conduct periodic site visits
• track actual costs against bids or estimates
• communicate proposed changes
• prepare cost reports and projections.

Why this role
