What you'll do

• Manage technical projects and coordinate stakeholders, schedules, deliverables, and risks
• lead EcoCAR operations project activities
• coordinate sponsors through custom battery module design and validation
• support battery engineering, module configurations, structural integration, and pack architectures
• contribute to training and mentorship
• use AI and embedded systems to improve engineering methods and workflows
• represent STEP through technical publications and events.
