Lead Snowmaker

The Lead Snowmaker role is onsite in Bartlett, NH, for the 2026–2027 winter season. The expected pay range is $23.00–$30.61 per hour. The role contributes to department objectives by maintaining equipment and buildings and ensuring snowmaking work is completed safely and effectively in an alpine environment.

What you'll do

• Operate transportation vehicles according to procedures
• understand and teach snowmaking quality checks
• train, organize, and motivate staff
• monitor and evaluate staff performance
• delegate tasks based on staff skills
• operate snowmaking pumps, compressors, and manual and automated snowmaking guns
• and maintain snowmaking equipment and buildings as directed.
