What you'll do

• Lead restaurant operations by applying company policies, standards, training, and cultural practices
• support the General Manager in developing team performance
• supervise shifts and manage operations when the General Manager is absent
• assist with administrative duties, employee evaluations, scheduling, and financial objectives
• coach and develop Service Managers and employees
• support guest experience, food cost, and labor cost goals.
