What you'll do

• Partner with CCS leaders to understand business goals, customer needs, growth priorities, and marketing opportunities
• develop marketing and communications plans with target audiences, messaging, channels, and measurable outcomes
• serve as the liaison between CCS and Marketing
• manage initiatives from intake through execution, coordinating stakeholders, approvals, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• translate technical HVAC, controls, service, and building-systems information into customer-focused content
• write and edit presentations, website content, campaign materials, communications, collateral, and sales support materials
• coordinate with digital marketing colleagues on website content, SEO, email, social media, campaigns, and performance measurement
• present plans, recommendations, results, and insights to CCS leaders
• travel up to 15% of the time.
