Maintenance Mechanic II

Job overview

The Maintenance Mechanic II works onsite at the plant in Hobart, IN; pay is $32.75 per hour, with a $1.00-per-hour differential for off-shift hours. • Evaluate equipment and facilities for maintenance needs
• assist team members with technical issues
• prepare for production shifts and changeovers
• plan work priorities and supplies with production leaders
• develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance and critical-parts programs
• log maintenance work and resources
• respond to equipment and facility emergencies
• operate forklifts and manlifts
• follow maintenance and safety procedures
• identify improvement opportunities.
