Project Executive, Multifamily Construction

What you'll do

• Manage project schedules, budgets, approvals, deliveries, change orders, expenses, subcontractor billing, buyouts, and contract negotiations. Review submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• prepare financial reports and forecasts
• coordinate schedule recovery, logistics, and risk mitigation
• and work with the project team, design team, city officials, subcontractors, and ownership through project closeout.
